Overview*

The Office of Allied Health and Pharmacy serves as a think tank and high-level effector arm for the Chief, Allied Health and Pharmacy to realize the vision of shaping Allied Health professional growth and development in NUH for the future. In line with this exciting development, we seek talented and dynamic individuals to augment the team. The role involves working on long-term strategic and business planning under the guidance of the Chief, Allied Health and Pharmacy;

Job Responsibilities*
- Responsible for the overall management of the Office of Allied Health and Pharmacy.
- Work on horizon scanning of global, regional and national trends and events that would be impacting the professional development of Allied Health group.
- Develop and implement strategies in line with Chief, Allied Health and Pharmacy and Chief Pharmacist’s vision to position NUH’s Retail Pharmacy as a revenue generating business unit.
- Support top level Committee(s) as their Secretariat; collate relevant technical info / statistics and conducting strategic analyses to facilitate leadership decisions.
- Work closely with the AHP HoDs and resource partners in HR department for the overall career pathways, continuous professional development and training needs of Allied health and Pharmacy groups.
- Secondary responsibilities and duties - any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer/ Counter-Signing Officer.

Requirements*
- Possess a Degree preferably in healthcare related or business management disciplines. Preferably possess a post-graduate qualification in healthcare management/business administration.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Project management capabilities and experience in driving a cohesive team and cross teaming environment
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership - internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
