- Create an approachable connection with your audience. Be the voice or face for our media channels
- Lead a production team (presenters + producers) to conduct live-streaming/webinars (or more) for Vantage on multiple platforms.
- Lead the production of broadcast content by managing the production operations and budgets, and overseeing post-production processes to lead the content to completion.
- Manage overall production operations by resolving issues and recommending solutions.
- Translate an idea or story into the desired end product as well as understanding the needs of the audience to provide suitable content.
- Lead a team responsible for the creative coordination and logístical management of production.
- Analyse production operations to take appropriate action to prevent delays and budgetary overruns.
- Develop ideas or concepts into a script for broadcast
- Drive creation of trailers and content descriptions to be utilised for marketing.
- Drive quality control of content to meet industry and market specifications.
- Execute script changes based on review or production constraints.
- Maintain constant communication to guide video and sound editing teams.
- Oversee day-to-day management of production operations, including filming and backstage operations.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing team for data analytics
- Oversee takes using production monitors and advise crew and cast on re-takes.
- Provide creative inputs during the post-production phase.
- Provide inputs for the creation of the production schedule.
- Research stories, ideas and concepts for production potential.
- Review production progress and budgetary adherence on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Media and Communications/Film
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Energetic, cheerful and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- On camera experience is preferred
- A relevant experience of at least 5 years would be beneficial
- Interest in content and broadcast production
- Able to cope fast pace environment
- Interest in Finance industry is a must
- Understanding other languages is a plus
