The role of the Table Tennis Broadcasting Coordinator is pivotal in supporting the Director of Broadcast in managing, executing, and optimizing global broadcasting strategies. Responsibilities span across broadcasting management, partner servicing, content delivery, and internal coordination to ensure successful distribution and monetization of broadcast assets.

This position requires a strong administrative and organizational skillset for managing contractual obligations and partner deliverables. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of broadcasting principles and the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Servicing & Coordination: Liaise between WTT and broadcast partners to ensure timely delivery of content and contractual fulfillment.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and compile broadcasting performance data, including viewership, reach, and compliance with broadcasting usage.
  • Content Delivery & Scheduling: Oversee the distribution of live and non-live content to rights-holding broadcasters via WTT's broadcasting platforms.
  • Rights Management & Documentation: Maintain and update the broadcasting database, tracking all contractual obligations, territories, platforms, and broadcasting windows.
  • Operational Support: Assist in planning and execution of broadcasting operations during WTT events, including accreditation, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Media, Communications, Sports Management, or Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in sports broadcasting, media rights coordination, or event-based broadcasting operations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing contractual obligations and partner deliverables.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of broadcasting principles and the sports broadcasting landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking data and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work during live event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
