This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clients

Work Location: To be confirm (when shortlisted for interview)

Salary Range : $7,000-$9,500

Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) professionals transform the risk, regulatory and compliance management function from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions.

Engagement Management

1. Manage project work or selected work streams in Risk, Regulation & Compliance service line

2. Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and

integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution

3. Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process

redesign, communication and training, etc

4. Work with client's business units, including Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal,

Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk

processes and procedures development

5. Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures

Business Development

1. Maintain contact with client management

2. Assume leadership role in pursuit teams

3. Participate in all aspects of the proposal development process

Domain Development

1. Lead/ assist in the development of new intellectual capital for the client

2. Conduct leading edge research on white papers

3. Support development of marketing collateral

4. Assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals

Skills Requirement

1. Experience within a consulting (preferred) and/or banking firm is essential.

2. Between 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience in any of the areas of

a. Enterprise risk management with deep understanding of risk governance, operating model,

risk identification and assessment processes

b. Risk data analytics and reporting o Implementation of IRM/GRC tools

c. Control design, testing, optimization and automation

d. Operational resilience and business continuity o Third party risk management

e. Technology risk framework design, implementation and risk assessment

f. Data quality and governance

3. Proven track record in project delivery and change management.

4. People management skills, with proven experience in leading teams, will be expected of Managers.

5. Excellent communications skills, and proficiency in MS suite, particularly Powerpoint.

6. People Development

7. Managers are expected to perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into

client's staffing process

8. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

9. Actively participate in building a practice and training in client's Risk, Regulation & Compliance service line
