We are looking for an Assistant Courseware Developer to join our Learning and Development team. Seeking for an individual who possess a creative flair and a can-do attitude.

This is a permanent role and reports to the Head of L&D.
- Developing storyboards + scripts and produce digital learning contents to enhance learning effectiveness and competency development.
- Reviewing and converting existing learning materials to digital learning content.
- Assisting with e-learning content and courseware development, taking into account the target audience's/ learner experience.
- Knowledge in using design, animation and video editiing software to create eye catching and adaptive learning content.
- Crafting copy and creating content angles weekly for our elearning EDM to drive awareness, promotion and engagement with our internal staff.
- Proof read translation work from English to Simplified chinese.
- Assist in change management effort to get stakeholders and training managers to embrace and adopt digital learning.
- Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely basis and with high quality outputs.
- Collect data to facilitate learner profile and learning needs analyses.
- Assess client's business operating environment and industry context.
- Develop courseware development plans in alignment with curriculum design specifications.
- Develop user experience journeys for learners to facilitate achievement of learning experience objectives.
- Assess potential opportunities to integrate learning technology and systems with curriculum.
- Develop courseware materials based on analyses of curriculum objectives and specifications.
- Develop content for assessment materials and tools.
- Collect curriculum feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate outcomes of learner assessments to identify learning and performance gaps and trends

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/degree in any field as long as you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strength in creative writing, editing and proofreading. Able to develop ideas and write compelling copies and tag-lines. However we will also require you to be proficient in Mandarin to proof read and oversee translation work on our content.
- Have the willingness and interest to learn and master the Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
- Meticulous, eye for detail and design, pride in delivering quality work.
- Positive attitude with strong initiative to get things done as well as being a teamplayer to contribute to overall team goals.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a keen interest for e-learning.
- Good with smartphone photography/videography is a bonus
- Interested in technology, social media, digital content and popular culture
- Strong adaptability and resilience in an ever changing environment.
- Fluid to the demands of new incoming projects in the realm of training and development.
