At Happy Together Pte Ltd, the Content Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining curriculum and courseware for our workshops and training programs. Working closely with various stakeholders, the Content Developer will ensure that the content aligns with Happy Together’s mission and values, while addressing emerging trends and needs in the learning industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with stakeholders to identify trends and develop relevant courseware to address these needs.
- Design and develop curriculum and courseware that align with Happy Together's core philosophy and educational goals.
- Prepare comprehensive course proposals, including course objectives, content outlines, and delivery methods, tailored to meet organizational and market requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative courseware that meets training standards and learning objectives.
- Conduct research on emerging trends to propose new courses and recommend updates to existing offerings.
- Oversee external courseware developers to ensure their submissions meet Happy Together’s content and quality requirements.
- Evaluate and review courseware periodically to ensure alignment with industry standards and evolving learner needs.
- Manage feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance course proposals and courseware development.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Education, Training, and Development, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in curriculum design, courseware development, or instructional design.
- Possession of WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), or equivalent certifications.
- WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong research and analytical skills to develop relevant and impactful course proposals.
- Proficiency in Chinese for translation of course materials when needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on creating high-quality learning content.
