This is a project-based role.

**1. SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Must hold a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (IAL DACE certified) or WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
- At least a bachelor’s degree in their respective domain area.
- Must possess good presentation skill and English written grammar.
- Punctual in meeting delivery timeline.
- Effective communicator and a team player.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Consultant to the Academic Director on WSQ matters.

**2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create end-to-end course development of WSQ compliant course materials.
- Course design, develop and revise a full set of course materials and suggested solutions to existing curriculum i.e. Information Technology, Logistics, Hospitality & Tourism, Business, Marketing, Management or Accounting, etc.
- Prepare the necessary documentation for approval and complete the entire process within project deadline.
- Craft valid and reliable WSQ assessment criteria and specifications
- Anticipate potential short-comings and to suggest corrective actions.
- Any other task as and when directed by the senior management.

**3 POSITION AUTHORITY AND REPORTING**

The successful applicant will work under the general direction of and be responsible to the Academic Director and Registrar.
