**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as key support to the Carbon Management Team
- Oversee programme and event registration processing
- Liaise with participants to ensure optimal engagement and learning experience
- Oversee logistics and technical support, including coordination and negotiation with external vendors
- Oversee payables and receivables administration
- Track, monitor and process grants administration
- Support marketing and outreach efforts
- Support CERT validation checks (desktop)
- Post-event follow-up, as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Carbon Management

**Job Requirements**
- 2 years’ related experience in administrative support
- Organised and process-oriented (and analytical?)
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Possess initiative to problem solve and assist the team whenever needed
- Possess a positive work ethic and determination in achieving targets within tight deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Some basic understanding of carbon accounting and energy efficiency will be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint required. Open to learning new softwares
- Able to work within a small team dynamic

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
