We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Middle Office Product Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

In this role you will
- Own all Middle Office product components
- Define Middle Office requirements for Funds products, including operating model, sales and pricing strategy, marketing and brand adherence
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardisation, scalability and drive process improvements
- In conjunction with IT, align the Funds Middle Office product architecture and design to the IT architectural blueprint
- Design and maintain global product definition documentation and relevant elements of sales collateral for Middle Office elements of Fund products
- Provide thought leadership both internally and externally through promotion of best practices, interaction with trade publications, speaking on public trade forums
- Make approved Middle Office presentations directly to Funds clients at User Groups, and in response to specific requests from global sales & marketing to represent middle office product elements at client meetings
- Preparation and delivery of periodic reports within set deadlines in relation to the performance of the middle office product
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
- Knowledge of Middle Office Product and its Operating Model as well as commonly used market platforms such as DTCC, Markit, Calypso and Acadia
- Significant operational experience in financial services, specifically middle office processing
- Demonstrated experience in leading Middle Office implementation and transformation, automation and digitalisation projects
- Experience of working in a large scale and complex Middle Office change environment
- Experience and working knowledge of systems implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies
