**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Middle office support / Operational processes for Private Banking Operation
- Continuous Improvement of processes and workflow for Operational Processes
- Collaborate with Operations and Risk & Controls functions in BEA HK/ BEA SG on Risk & Compliance matters related to Service Delivery, Operations and Risk & Controls
- Provide middle office function and perform designated risk & operation review
- Provide support on new initiatives, projects and change management
- Co-ordination of Business Continuity Management
- Pro-active engagement on business strategic plan with both local and head office management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Wealth Management middle office / back operation
- Extensive knowledge of managing Service Excellence on Deposit & Remittance and Securities Operations processes in Private Banking Middle-Office or Operations
- Self / highly motivated, persistent and able to work in a high volume, time sensitive and high-risk environment
- Capable of multi-tasking and eager to learn in a fast changing and challenging environment
- Strong Leadership & Team player, proactive, and eager to improve existing processes
- Good interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate with business partners and internal Risk & Compliance
- Good understanding of AML regulatory requirements and relevant internal policies and guidelines, procedures, practices and rules
- Strong knowledge of Risk and Compliance / Risk Management
- Good understanding of the private banking products and services
