**We are looking for a responsible individual to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. In Wealth Management, you will work closely with the director, docking with major government departments in Singapore to follow up on the progress of the project and assist the in handling the process and details of asset allocation for high-end customers.**:

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
l Preparing communications on behalf of the sales director

l Liaise with government departments such as MAS for project inquiries

l Conducting or preparing any research that may require

l Various ad hoc requests

**Requirement**:
l Bachelor’s degree or above

l Previous experience of 3 years and above in Financial Services

l Preferred work experience in wealth management or asset allocation industry

l Customer-oriented mindset

l Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

l Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

l MS Office and Business English proficiency

l Outstanding organizational and time management skills

l Bilingual, to accommodate Chinese speaking clients

l Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

l Excellent verbal and written communications skills
