Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house suite of services that would create a lasting impact for the discerning clientele.
- Impeccable and responsible housekeeping standards, Art curation, in-house curated events and related program assistance
- Creating internal and external partnerships and engagement processes required for the in-house tailored services to be deployed.
- Build curated relationships with key external partnerships relevant to the business platform
- Procurement and management of necessary inventory for services rendered.
- Input and maintenance of CRM, RSVPs and required Client Experience templates, both online and offline, for global connect and co-ordination
- Able to engage and support internal stakeholders on Office Management via office procurement & vendor management
- Dealing with external IT service provider & medical insurance company on employee queries.
- Managing basic new employee onboarding and employee exit formalities.
- Some knowledge and experience in local market office HR processes and handling basic enquiries
- Liaising with internal executives on various tasks like travel, schedule management (CEO)
**Experience**:
- Those with min 3 years in VIP customer-centric environments ranging from Wealth Management customer-service roles, hospitality concierge and luxury tourism sectors.
- Have a track-record of service excellence, very proactive and pre-emptive, solutions-driven and action-oriented towards creating the best customer experiences.
- Have experience in office management and back-end support for internal stakeholder processes
