**Role Context**

Accounting for one third of our global revenue, APAC is the fastest growing region in the Wavemaker global network. Covering 16 countries, and 2,000 employees, the APAC CEO will be responsible for leading a clear focus on top and bottom-line growth, through organic and new business. Drive our global strategy to become the world’s most wanted media network. This will be done by winning new business and fuelling growth on our existing clients and evolve our structure to deliver the best thinking and delivery for our clients in the most effective way. The role will need to inspire and attract the very best industry talent, working with local GroupM CEOs to ensure the relevant local strategies are in place and being delivered.

***Role**

The role of the APAC CEO will, as part of the Global Leadership team help develop the Wavemaker strategy and deploy how we positively provoke growth for our clients and our people. The in-coming leader will also seek to attract, develop, and retain industry leading talent, driving a client centric organization and have a clear focus on growth of winning new clients and driving a positive P&L.

The role will have a clear mandate to:

- Leadership - quickly establishthemselves as an admired leader for the region. Advocating for the agency and role modelling the values, behaviours and our attitude of Positive Provocation.
- Commercial - identify andrealise market opportunities and leverage commercial, product and client teams offering and services to deliver high quality, profitable work
- Client Development - Drive client relationships and seek opportunities to evaluate Wavemaker service for improvements. For the region ensure first class client service is maintained on all accounts that result in retention, growthand industry leading client satisfaction feedback.
- New Business - Drive active prospecting and leveraging market contact and insights drive the growth agenda for Wavemaker in the region. This would include identifying and harvestingopportunities through to leading new business pitches and presentations where required.
- Talent - drive the people agenda that helps develop Wavemaker as a best place to work, that creates a culture thatempowers employees to flourish and sets the benchmark in hiring and developing the best talent for future ready capabilities.

The role will report to the Global Wavemaker CEO and GroupM Regional CEO. The role will be part of the Wave
