**Requirements**:
To be considered for the Project Manager/Scrum Master role for a drone photogrammetry software development project, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment, with a focus on Scrum methodology.
- Understanding of drone photogrammetry and related software development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Proven ability to manage project risks and issues, and to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are preferred but not required.
