**How you succeed**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to combine technical expertise with business acumen and strategic thinking. You'll need to be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influence business decisions, and drive adoption of data science solutions across the organization.

**What you do**
- Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models to drive business growth and innovation
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data science solutions that drive tangible business outcomes
- Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data science solutions
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence business decisions
- Drive adoption of data science solutions across the organization and measure impact on business outcomes

As a Data Scientist in Group Engineering, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, product managers, and technology teams.

**Qualifications**

**Who you are**
- A seasoned data scientist with 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models
- A strong technical background in computer science, statistics, or a related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing business decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
