This important role will create and implement the PR strategies for the global commercial division of Knight Frank. The PR Manager will proactively identify and develop PR stories to support the business across a variety of platforms, to maximise opportunities for coverage as well as respond to reactive media requests.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Strategically implement and drive our Global Occupiers Strategy and Solutions and Global Capital Markets service lines PR strategies in Asia Pacific.
- Coordinate and manage our PR outputs to maximise regional and local media exposure.
- Bring our global network closer together so that we align our efforts in supporting the Occupiers Strategy and Solutions and Global Capital Markets service lines more effectively.
- Close alignment with the Global Head of Capital Markets and Global Head of Occupier Strategy and Solutions to understand business objectives across all levels of the business.

**Tasks**:

- Compile and implement an APAC annual news calendar to ensure horizon scanning in collaboration with other regions.
- Manage all coming commercial media requests and be proactive in generating media coverage for Knight Frank and key stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with journalists from key target regional publications and industry associations and act as a key point of contact.
- In collaboration with the Research team, create and distribute press releases to key media outlets, including print, broadcast, online media and the wider KF network.
- Act as a key point of contact for the global PR network.
- Collaborate with the PR team in the UK and support high-profile Knight Frank publication launches, including the London Report, the Wealth Report, (Y)OUR SPACE and Active Capital.
- Work with the Head of Corporate PR in UK to activate any PR opportunities in market, eg. for KF Senior Chair when he visits Singapor
- Monitor and report on media coverage quarterly, analyse the effectiveness of PR strategies and adjust and refine the approach based on the findings
- Working very closely with KF key APAC markets ensuring the right positioning at a local level.
