**What the role is**
- We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented team player, who is tenacious in driving results. You will be part of the HR Talent, Learning and Development team, responsible for securing talent and building a strong talent pipeline for URA.
**What you will be working on**
- The brief job responsibilities are specified below:
- Lead and operationalise URA’s scholarship and internship programme.
- Develop and implement talent engagement sessions to enhance scholars and interns’ experience with URA.
- There will also be opportunities to be involved in other strategic HR projects across functional lines for greater exposure, such as workforce planning/job design exercises or the planning of change management in support of organisational transformation.
**What we are looking for**
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a HR Manager.
- Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to think critically, multitask and manage tight timelines under pressure.
- Prior experience in other areas of HR such as Recruitment or Business Partnering and Workday will be an advantage.
