**About the job**:
**This position is a 1-year contract (convertible to full-time) and requires commitment on both weekends. **As an Administrative Associate Lead, you will be in charge of the smooth running of daily operations of the Centre. You’ll also be responsible for managing phone enquiries and walk-in and registrations of new parents and students. The Administrative Associate Lead will report to the Centre Manager and works with the Teaching & Curriculum Team.
**On a given day,**
**- **you will advocate for good customer service practices to manage phone enquiries and walk-in professionally
- you will be in charge of customers onboarding and assist parents and students to complete their registration and make them feel welcomed to the Centre
- you will deal with payment matters, including collecting payment, preparing invoices with high accuracy, tallying of petty cash and daily closing for the Centre
- you will work closely with teachers and students in ensuring that correct worksheets are being provided during each lesson so that efficient and effective learning can take place
- you will ensure the organization and cleanliness of all classrooms so that students have a welcoming environment for learning
- you will ensure that snacks are stocked up regularly for teachers and students so that they will not go hungry
- you will schedule zoom meetings and prepare meeting minutes for the team

- at least 1-2 years of experience working in a tuition centre setting
- fluency in chinese language (due to chinese-speaking parents or students)
- design or social media marketing background
- technical troubleshooting skills
- understanding of chemistry content knowledge
- leadership skills

- Working Hours: (3 weekdays + 2 weekends)_
- Weekdays: 1pm to 9pm
