Our company has been preparing a home tuition service for preschoolers (Early Childhood) in Singapore and we are expanding the service in local market.

Thus, we are looking for a passionate talent for the posted job position as below.

**Job descriptions and responsibilities**:

- Planning and managing overall aspect of development of education contents as a head of education contents development & market research project.
- Conducting and managing the team of market research in specific region (Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan/China).
- Conducting Weekly and monthly report of the project progress.
- Discussing and preparing for the budget with management and control budget expenditures.
- Organizing events such as personnel training, staff workshops, demonstration and etc.
- Conducting Project reviewing & Monthly goal setting based on the performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of early childhood education (Team Management Experience Preferred)
- Degree or Diploma.
- Passionate about fostering a love for learning and positively impacting children's lives.
- Excellent MS office, communication, analytical, decision-making, and supervisory skills.
- Expertise in team management.
- Able to operate under high degree of ambiguity and change
- Ability to gain necessary consensus quickly
- Experience in marketing and planning sector in Early Childhood Learning Centre (Toddler and Preschooler) (preferred).

Work Location: Raffles Place

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
