Singapore THE HEAD FOUNDATION Full time

**Position - Manager, Education Projects**

Reporting to Director, Operations, the Manager, Education Projects will lead the development and implementation of the Foundation’s Making HEADway programme, an ecosystem of learning materials and programmes for teachers in the region. They will be responsible for ensuring excellence in developing and executing their portfolio of Making HEADway offerings and maintaining excellent standards of partner and programme management and development.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To assist in drafting concept papers and developing detailed plans for in-house events, programmes, and communities including identifying project goals, securing potential partners, setting milestones with timeline and developing the budget.
- To be responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of programme delivery, such as trainer management, vendor management, attendee management and logistics.
- To contribute to the development and improvement of the Making HEADway portfolio, including programme improvement, growth, recognition, impact assessment and dissemination.
- To build and maintain relationships with institutional partners and trainers, and collaborate effectively to design and deliver successful Making HEADway products.
- To synthesise findings and lesson learned from the project into reports and/or policy briefs that can be disseminated to the larger audience.
- To work with the communications team to publicise events and products, and to increase registrations and engagement.
- To create and maintain appropriate project documentation i.e., meeting minutes, concept notes, budgets/expenditure reports, resource agreements, invitations to resource persons, SOPs, evaluation reports, impact metrics reports.
- To provide background research and draft literature reviews on new areas of interest to the Foundation, and feasibility of potential partnerships.
- To undertake other duties which may arise from time to time.

**Preferred Requirements & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree, in any relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in adult learning and/or project management. Experience working in Southeast Asia is an advantage.
- Ability to interact with and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including working in a multicultural environment.
- Experience and comfort level working with senior management and policy makers.
- Experience hosting events using digital tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet etc) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexibly and proactively in a small, ambitious organisation.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; operational proficiency in other working language(s) of Southeast Asia is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to travel in Southeast Asia, when the pandemic situation improves.
