**Responsibilities**:
**This role involves assisting and supporting the Assistant Director, Specialty Operations Department in managing the operations of assigned clinical services, programmes and projects.**
- Provide operational support to Clinical Heads and Clinician Leads in the planning, development and execution of clinical services across JurongHealth Campus such as Specialist Outpatient Clinics and Ward facilities and in the community
- Support Department Head, Clinician Heads and doctors to plan, implement and manage workplans, manpower and budget
- Lead or support the design and implementation of projects and programmes
- Track, prepare, analyse and report statistics relating to monitoring indicators and key performance indicators of services and programmes
- Actively identify and carry out process improvement for areas directly involved
- Arrange working meetings and provide secretariat support for project team, both internal and external to the organisation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of handling statistics
- Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
