- Manage the entire talent acquisition function to support expansion of company.
- Assist in talent retention and crafting out competitive strategies with regards to compensation and benefits.
- Implement and execute training plans and conduct trainings as well as post-training evaluations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage attendance records, monthly payroll, and payroll reports.
- Ensure timely submission of CPF and income tax to relevant government entities.
- Manage employee welfare activities and benefits.
- Maintain and update the company's HR handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare training materials and conduct organization-wide training based on retail and business needs.
- Evaluate and audit the quality of training programs and plan improvements.
- Implement training and development tools and concepts.
- Manage performance management exercises for confirmation, renewal, and annual performance review.
- Support senior management in annual budgeting exercises.
- Collaborate with government agencies for grants and other HR-related projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**:
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science,Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 8-9 years of experience in supporting end-to-end HR processes.
- Experience in working as Human resource executive for construction industry.
