Product
- Manage the product and corresponding lifecycle of company’s Internet Access and MPLS portfolio including Global Internet, IPT, Cloud Connect and MPLS Network within the APAC region, working closely with HQ and sales units in APAC region
- Manage the product policies, performance and streamline processes within company, working closely with HQ and Sales units. Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and product specification to support APAC region units
- Work closely with all stakeholders in HQ and Sales units to ensure product requirements are supported and well integrated into company system and infrastructure
- Provide business case analysis to support new products and customization of existing products to meet specific customer needs to HQ
- Understand the market needs; keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive situation
- Plan and develop new products/features, capabilities, product positioning, pricing, benchmarking against competitor to ensure product is relevant, competitive and meet changing market needs together with HQ
- Enable technologies and service delivery partners for company’s Internet and MPLS portfolio, constructing a cost effective end-to-end service for the enterprise and wholesale customers
- Enable salesforce to sell full suite of company’s Internet and MPLS portfolio through training in APAC region
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for company’s Internet and MPLS portfolio, including market segmentation and positioning
- Provide pricing and solutions for customers within short turn around time to support APAC sales units
Sales Enablement (Presales):
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers or internal sales unit within APAC region
- Penetrate and secure new, strategic accounts to achieve revenue & profit targets.
- Responsible for all direct sales units on activities and project tenders in APAC region
- Responsible to understand and build solid relationships with the assigned accounts and develop more business opportunities through sales engagement in APAC region
- Capable of identifying opportunities, direct activity, reach/maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor with the goal of helping the customer meet their goals.
- Uncover opportunities within the accounts and build sales pipelines and achieve APAC targets
- Working and coordinating with other internal Divisions such as HQ, Sales Units, to deliver end to end solution to customers (Including technical).
- Coordinate and manage all dealings with the accounts, including customer relationships, sales, and post-sales activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing, mínimal 5 years of Product Management / Product Development experience in telecommunications industry.
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry.
- Keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the data communications market.
- Achievement and customer oriented. Independent, creative and with drive.
- Have the drive, energy and commitment to succeed in winning in a competitive market environment.
