**Responsibilities**

Creative leadership in the conceptualization and execution of a range of short-form video content, including corporate, promotional and event videos

Creative management of the pre-production, production and post-production stages of a video project, including but not limited to tasks such as:

- Understanding of client briefs and requirements
- Conceptualization and presentation of creative ideas to clients
- Working with writers to translate concepts and scripts into visuals
- Creation of mood boards, storyboards and shot lists in preparation for filming
- Providing creative direction on production elements such as casting, locations, props, wardrobe, crew, equipment etc
- Providing creative direction on technical aspects of filming such as camera framing, sound, lighting etc
- Conducting of scripted and unscripted interviews
- Bringing out performances of professional and non-professional actors
- Providing creative direction on post-production processes such as shot selection, editing pace, music, colour grading, graphics etc
- Bringing out performances of voiceover artists

**Requirements**:

- Applicants who are able to demonstrate strong client servicing skills will be at an advantage
- Applicants should be adept at balancing between creative vision and concerns such as budget, schedule and client requirements
- Applicants should be able to work independently or in a small team
