Star Alliance Singapore is a subsidiary management organisation that coordinates Star Alliance activities and manages joint projects on behalf of the world’s largest airline alliance. The holding company is based in Frankfurt, Germany. Our primary customers are our numerous member airlines from around the globe, but we interact with consumers through several products and forums.

We are currently recruiting for a Manager Corporate Planning to work in close liaison with the Star Alliance product owners and experts, Star Alliance member airlines, as well as external stakeholders to ensure that Business Plan initiatives are implemented according to the company Corporate Strategy.

**Job Summary**
- Develop and monitor the company's financial performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Create financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and products management
- Work with product owners to develop and manage market research activities
- Collect, organise and analyse quantitative and qualitative data from market research and customer feedback to support product development and enhancements
- Manage and enhance existing market intelligence databases and tools
- Monitor and assess Star Alliance competition environment and prepare industry as well as competitor analyses for the management team and board
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training and meetings
- Support the team with ad hoc projects as required

**Your Profile**
- Graduate with a minimum of 5 years working experience
- Demonstrable evidence of previous experience in market research, data analytics, financial planning, and forecasting
- Experience of presenting results in concise presentational formats to a wide audience
- Knowledge of the airline/aviation industry is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A conceptual thinker with mental agility and a high interest to provide accurate business Intelligence
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, geographically dispersed
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
- High service philosophy and professional working attitude with a high attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Confident and assertive communicator and facilitator with a range of stakeholders, both internally & externally
- High level of proficiency in English is essential, as it is the sole language used for communication with Star Alliance Member Airlines and other external stakeholders
