**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Trainees' management - learning, training and behaviour management**
- Assist Workshop Instructor to:
- Teach, train and supervise trainees
- Perform planting tasks (seeding movement, transplanting and harvesting)
- Process and pack finished products
- Groom and maintain crops in a designated space
- Check production parameters prior to the start of each process
- Maintain checklists and records pertaining to production, plant health and irrigation systems
- Clean and reinstate workstations
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Implement and practise behaviour strategies with trainees
- Other duties assigned by the manager and instructors

**Programme development**
- Prepare and conduct skill training programmes
- Prepare and conduct prevocational lessons
- Assist in the research, development, and production of training materials
- Work with trainees and caregivers to achieve suitable employment outcomes

**Administration & Operation**
- Routine admin duties
- Document client progress and work with multidisciplinary team for interventions and reviews
- Contribute to case reviews

Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
GCE O Level or NITEC Certificate

**OTHER INFORMATION**
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Pleasant personality, possess initiative and is a team player.
- Passionate about making a difference to improve the lives of others in the community.
- Must be able to converse in simple English.
- Have a compassionate and patient personality.
- Experience in working with persons with special needs is an added advantage.

On the job training will be provided.
