**Key Responsibilities**
- Keep production records, including material stock records.
- Coordinate and confirm goods receiving and goods outgoing documents to warehouse and QC.
- Support QC in printing and filing of COA and GHS SDS.
- Coordinate delivery orders from customer service officers.
- Collect delivery tickets from drivers and do filing.
- Prepare a regular inventory list of goods from the Geo system.
- In charge of goods receiving and updating in the Geo system.
