**Job Summary**:
Actively support TOUCH’s digital transformation journey by working closely with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain and support TOUCH Digital Infrastructure that enable Digital Capability and transform TOUCH into a data-driven and client-centric organisation.

**Principals Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Daily helpdesk support to users in all TOUCH centres and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor, administrate, and carry out maintenance services for IT hardware and software. Example, computers, network, operating system, office equipment.
- Administrate and manage systems.
- Maintain and manage IT asset inventories.
- Train users on software and PC functions.
- Ensure all business and technical documentation are kept up to date.
- Assist in project implementations and tasks assigned by Manager.
- Bring internal and vendor teams together to address and solve issues and problems in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related technical and relevant discipline with at least 1 year relevant working experience.
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 solutions and platform.
- Able to contribute as a member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service orientated.
- Hands-on with a can-do attitude.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Able to workindependently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to travel around Singapore when required.
- Energised by innovation projects and technology adoption in social services.
