**Position Overview**:As the Senior Information Technology Executive, you will drive the organisation’s IT infrastructure & Application planning, overseeing all aspects of information technology to support our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to develop and scale up IT infrastructure to meet our growing needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives to support the business goals of each brand, with a focus on scalability and innovation.
- Providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of our IT infrastructure.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and software solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting of all software license Inventory, backup and recovery monitoring and reporting, cybersecurity monitoring and training.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks through proactive measures and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate internally to align IT strategy with overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating agreements and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and manage budgets for IT-related expenses, optimising resources and controlling costs.
- Develop and manage network migration planning for all related offices.
- Able to set up, install, configure internal server system and maintain various types of hardware and software.
- Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks including installation, configurations and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy server, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 4 - 5 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge and skills for some IT areas of Cyber security, Network, Cloud Computing, process automation (RPA), Business Data Analytics, project management, IT service and related certifications.
- Good interaction with people and able to work independently as well as work in the team.
- Strong written and verbal communications and logical thinking.
- Good knowledge on computer hardware and software for both MS Office and Mac.
- Proven experience in executive-level IT management, preferably in a multi-brand or start-up environment.
- Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, cybersecurity, and cloud-based technologies.
- Experience in developing and scaling up IT infrastructure to meet the needs of a growing organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
