**About the Role**:
We are looking for an energetic and client-focused **Sales Designer**to join our team. This hybrid role combines **design consultation**with **sales responsibility**, giving you the opportunity to help clients visualize their dream spaces while driving business growth. You will be the bridge between design creativity and project sales, ensuring a smooth client journey from concept to contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide **design consultation and advice**.
- Prepare and present **design concepts, space planning, and material selections**.
- Develop **quotations, cost proposals, and sales presentations**.
- Manage the entire **sales cycle**: from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure proposals are feasible and cost-accurate.
- Stay updated on **design trends, materials, and renovation compliance guidelines (HDB, BCA, URA)**.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and provide after-sales follow-up.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- **2-4 years of experience**in interior design sales, renovation, or related industries.
- Strong design sense with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD/SketchUp**or similar software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Own transport**preferred for client and site meetings.
