**Job Descriptions**:
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to project team
- Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records
- Document controlling of site records and reports
- Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents &/or purchase orders
- Update manpower movement constantly
- Compile the documents according to ISO requirements.
- Assist project team in liaising with Head Office for related administration and personnel matters.
- Handle with site stationeries ordering.
**Job Requirements **.
- Good organisation and multi tasking skills.
- Min GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification.
- At least 3 year working experience in project site preferred
