Role Overview:
The Sales Operations Specialist is involved in all stages of the sales process ensuring that sales activities are best supported and conducted in accordance with F5’s policies. This role provides a high-level support to sales teams and distributors/partners to facilitate strong relationships and generate revenue for F5.

This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, loves details and wants to exceed expectations. Sales Operations Specialist responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, basic project management, order processing, troubleshooting and problem solving, tracking, and reporting, sales support, training, and other assigned activities.

What you will do:
- Order processing of Purchase Orders and resolving order issues.- Act as liaison between various departments such as Field Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Global Services, Legal, Finance, Accounting and distributors/partners.- Monitor and maintain assigned programs (e.g. VE Subscriptions, NGINX, Distributed Cloud)- Attend to pre and post sales questions from Channel and F5 sales teams.- Research inquiries and assist internal and external customers, coordinating expedites requests and escalations.- Ensure the integrity of the Salesforce data.- Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies.

What you will bring:
- BA/BS Degree with at least 3 years of Sales Support experience in a high-tech environment is highly desirable- Proficient in Salesforce and system savvy- Understanding of various sales processes, methodologies, and best practices- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with sales teams and other stakeholders- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with both internal and external teams to achieve common goals
