**Senior & Junior Sales Associate - Brunello Cucinelli**

**Responsibilities**
- Be a Brand ambassador and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
- Establish long term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target
- Provide feedback on customer complaints to the Store Manager or Retail Operations Manager, if any
- Discuss problems encountered with Store Manager and/or Retail Operation Manger
- Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
- Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.

**Requirements**:

- Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
- Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
- Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
- Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
- GCE ‘O’ level and above
- Ability to converse in both English and a second language (preferably in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) is an advantage
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in ready to wear is required
- Prior experience in luxury ready to wear environment is an advantage
