**Corporate Action Manager - 12 Months**

Join a leading Global Asset Management firm as a Corporate Action Manager for a 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend or be converted to permanent.
- Work with outsourced service providers to ensure timely processing of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across all markets. This includes gold copy validation and creation, sending of election instructions, event processing and settlement and resolving reconciliation breaks
- Oversight of outsourced middle office service provider, proxy voting provider, security lending agent and tax reclaim partner
- Periodically update corporate action procedures to ensure that they remain current and relevant
- Work with Fund Managers and ISS to ensure proxy voting elections are completed
- Support Corporate actions and proxy-related regulatory reporting
- Perform ongoing review of existing processes to ensure control and oversight on middle office service provider remains robust and efficient
- Collaborate with other teams, functions and entities to identify opportunities and drive changes for new and improved workflows and deliver service excellence
- Act as the main liaison point to manage change requests and ad hoc queries raised by stakeholders
- Proactively respond to the questions from all stakeholders and manage expectations, develop and maintain relationship

**EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in a corporate action-related role
- Subject matter expert for corporate actions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end asset management operations, particularly in fundamentals of corporate action and income events
- Strong understanding of operational risk and control framework
- Excellent and proven verbal and written communication skills
