Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will process corporate action events and ensure accurate and timely posting of entitlements.
  • They will review and reconcile SWIFT messages and entitlements, resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • This position requires close monitoring and resolution of reconciliation breaks to meet market deadlines.
  • The specialist will liaise with internal teams and external custodians, brokers, and agents to facilitate efficient communication and task completion.

  • Additionally, this role involves supporting user acceptance testing and project-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate actions or securities operations.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT message processing (MT56x/54x) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of US restricted securities, tax reclaim processes, or bond restructuring is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential requirements.
