Job summary
Are you passionate about helping customers adopt cloud? Do you have large scale technical program management experience, ideally in public sector? Can you work with senior executives and coach project managers?

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Singapore is hiring experienced Program Managers to support our public sector customers migrating to and adopting AWS services. You will be advising and supporting customers in their cloud migration and adoption journeys. You will understand your customers' biggest IT challenges and provide prescriptive guidance, based on AWS best practices, to guide them through their migration and modernization journey to AWS at scale.You will be working with customers and partners to define and plan cloud migration and adoption journeys, and helping customers define their cloud organisation structures and operating models.

Customer Solutions Managers work with Account Managers and Solution Architects at our most important customers. You will collaborate with partners and AWS professional services to enable customer migration and adoption journeys. You will engage at the highest levels with our customers.

We are looking for seasoned technical program management professionals who:

- Can engage with senior executives to define, plan and govern cloud migration and adoption journeys.
- Bring personal credibility and experience in the execution of large scale technology programs.
- Can collaborate with customers, partners and AWS professional services to support program execution.

Can coach and guide project managers with specific focus on deliverables and streams within the program.
- A bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in public sector.
- Experience in cloud migration and adoption or IT consulting projects
- Enterprise Architecture understanding.
- IT Operating Model understanding.
- Program and Project governance models.
