Job Description: As a leading Salesforce professional, you will oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to the insurance industry. Your strategic expertise will ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution across agency transformation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for agency journey and related insurance solutions.
  • Lead solution ideation, feasibility analysis, and fit-gap assessments for new initiatives.
  • Develop architecture guardrails and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance domains such as life, health, and general insurance.
  • Leverage platforms like Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver digital, omni-channel experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.
  • Deep understanding of insurance business processes and regulatory requirements with focus on distribution and agency journey transformation.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration tools.
  • Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
