**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development**:Develop a holistic SAP ERP transformation strategy and roadmap, encompassing technology upgrades, process optimizations, and organizational change management.
Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define clear objectives, milestones, and success criteria for the SAP transformation initiative.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging SAP technologies and innovations to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- **Program Governance and Management**:Establish robust governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective oversight and control of the SAP transformation program.
Lead cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors in the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks to keep the transformation initiative on track.
- **Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement**:Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and organizational readiness for SAP transformation initiatives.
Engage with business stakeholders at all levels to communicate the vision, benefits, and impacts of SAP transformation, fostering buy-in and support throughout the organization.
Provide leadership and guidance to change management teams, ensuring alignment with SAP project objectives and milestones.
- **SAP Solution Architecture and Innovation**:Collaborate with enterprise architects and SAP solution architects to design scalable, future-proof SAP solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Drive innovation within the SAP landscape by evaluating and implementing new SAP technologies, functionalities, and modules to enhance business processes and drive efficiencies.
Ensure integration and alignment of SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and initiatives, promoting a cohesive and interconnected IT ecosystem.
- **Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement**:Establish robust quality assurance processes and methodologies to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SAP transformation initiatives.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of SAP project deliverables, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP team, encouraging knowledge sharing, skills development, and best practice adoption.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on SAP ERP transformation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
- Deep understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and solutions, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP integration technologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build consensus around SAP transformation strategies and initiatives.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred.
