**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead negotiations and account management for key modern trade retailers at a national level, ensuring long-term business growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, including joint business plans, promotional activities, and range expansion.
- Manage a team of **merchandisers and sales representatives**, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies and in-market initiatives.
- Drive category and channel development by collaborating with internal teams across **supply chain, marketing, category management, and finance**.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across retail partners and internal departments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **8-10 years of experience**in modern trade sales, category management, or national account management within the FMCG sector.
- **Proven experience leading national-level negotiations**with top-tier modern trade retailers (e.g., major supermarket chains, hypermarkets).
- Experience in managing and developing **merchandising and sales teams**to execute trade strategies effectively.
- Strong understanding of revenue growth management, joint business planning, and trade marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with multinational FMCG companies with a strong retail footprint.
- Background in leading **cross-functional teams**to drive commercial success.
- Prior exposure to **category strategy development**for large-scale product portfolios.
