**Your day to day**
voco Orchard Singapore is looking for a pleasant Human Resource Executive to join its team The Human Resource Executive is often the first point of contact and sets the first impression for our hosts. The human resource executive will handle all HR administration responsibilities and supporting the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, administration, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations.
- Manage employee benefit administration (i.e. medical and dental)
- Ensure colleagues and managers are aware of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with monthly payroll
- Correct and timely placement of internal and external advertisements for operational positions using various job boards portals.
- Conduct interviews & reference checks for operational positions.
- Ensure timely and accurate update of employee details into the HR system
- Work with department heads on employees’ probationary assessments and confirmation
- Prepare letters for promotions, transfers, acceptance of resignation & employment certificates
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover
- Assist with employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinary and employee grievances.
- Prepare month end reports such as expenses, headcount report.
- Assist to drive welfare and recreation activities for the colleagues
- Ensure regular updates of Employee Heart of House
- Maintenance of Employee Personal Files
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**What we need from you**
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a generalist HR position. Fresh degree graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in using Timesoft will be an advantage.
- Team player and excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflect highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
