**Project** Description**:
A Product Owner is a crucial role within an Agile development framework, particularly in methodologies like Scrum. The Product Owner is responsible for representing the interests of stakeholders, customers, and users in the development of a product. Their primary goal is to ensure that the development team builds the right product that delivers value and meets the needs of the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Product Owner in the context of Human Resources Development (HRD) and Learning & Development (L&D), your responsibilities would focus on designing, managing, and improving products and solutions related to employee training, development, and organizational growth. Here are the job responsibilities you might encounter in such a role:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define the vision and strategy for HRD and L&D products aligned with the organization's goals and employee development needs.
Identify gaps in existing training programs and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Understand the needs and preferences of employees to create tailored learning experiences.
Product Backlog Management:
Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of training modules, courses, workshops, and other learning interventions.
Continuously refine the backlog based on changing business needs and feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements Definition:
Transform HRD and L&D needs into well-defined user stories, learning objectives, and performance outcomes.
Ensure that learning materials are aligned with the specific skills and competencies employees need to develop.
Prioritization and Decision Making:
Prioritize learning initiatives based on business impact, employee development needs, and strategic objectives.
Make informed decisions about the most valuable and feasible training solutions to pursue.
Learning Experience Design:
Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to develop engaging and effective learning experiences.
Design blended learning approaches that leverage a mix of in-person, virtual, and digital learning methods.
Acceptance Criteria and Quality Assurance:
Define acceptance criteria for each learning product to ensure it meets quality standards and learning objectives.
Review and approve learning materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
Sprint Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with development teams, trainers, and facilitators to plan and execute training programs.
Monitor progress, provide guidance, and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful implementation.
Feedback Collection and Iteration:
Gather feedback from participants, trainers, and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Incorporate feedback into future iterations of learning products.
Change Management:
Support the implementation of new processes, technologies, or tools related to HRD and L&D initiatives.
Facilitate the adoption of new learning methods and technologies among employees.

**Skills**:
Must have

Project management
- HRD and L&D
Understanding of the product as Product owner
Have understanding for SDLC and Agile and worked as program/project manager
6+ yrs of relevant exp in HRD and L&D

Nice to have

Testing experience

**Languages**:
English: C2 Proficient
