INSPIFY is the Next-Gen Virtual Sales Platform that helps companies to create Shoppable Metaverse Experiences and reach consumers wherever they are, and in the way they want to be reached.

We are looking for a motivated, smart, independent-minded mid-level Product Manager/Product Owner with experience in the Live Commerce space. The product owner should not only understand the customer but also have a vision for the value the scrum team is delivering to the customer. The product owner also balances the needs of other stakeholders in the organization.

You will also have an active hand in helping shape the future of the project management discipline within INSPIFY. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Delivery and Customer Success team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with internal stakeholders and outside stakeholders
- Helps teams execute on a shared vision
- Outlines the plan for achieving success
- Involved in day-to-day activities
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Developing user stories
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

**Qualifications**
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work in distributed teams
- Understanding of design quality standards
