**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for assigned market for queries related to logistic and parts ordering question or request for help
- Handle and resolve customer complaints according to Logbook;
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries from systems and liaise with all relevant departments locally or overseas;
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis for customers and management;
- Monitor open customer orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Keep the customer informed about any delay or change of deliveries, processes and all other business relevant information;
- Process orders according cut off and shipping schedule;
- Maintain proper documentation related to customers’ info into share drive;
- Backorder management and work closely with Inventory Planning to minimize backorders;
**Requirements**:

- Degree with 3 years of experience in customer service in automotive or service industry preferred;
- Service-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Good knowledge in SAP
- Microsoft office proficient;
- Knowledge and experience in supply chain
