Reporting to the Director, you will be part of the Global Group to help Singapore companies and SMEs Learn, Land and Localise overseas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategy for engagement which includes the messaging, instruments (e.g. video advertisement, poster, online campaign, etc), channels (i.e. both internal and external), frequency, etc.
- Identify target audiences, outreach methodology, and partners
- Collate and develop the community database from the different databases in existence owned by Global Group
- Develop the process for updating of the database to ensure that the community database is kept up to date
- Keep the community engaged, through the design and execution of activities and/or crafting and communication of relevant messages/information/stories
- Management of other social media platforms which may include YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
- Develop metrics to measure performances of the marketing channels, and formulate steps to improve performance

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in content management or corporate branding, and community management
- Good analytical, consultation, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong command of project/program development, project management, and budget control skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) as well as in Microsoft Office Suite
- Result-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
