Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the General Manager's working responsibilities and communication.
**Job Description**:
- Acting as the point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external clients
- Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Manager diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage Zoom Meetings and Zoom Appointments involving or as directed by GM
- Assist in the production of reports, presentations and briefs
- Required to make travel arrangements and booking for GM. You will have opportunity to travel along with the GM
**Requirements**:
- Must be female as you will sometimes be required to share a room with the GM when traveling
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and Chinese and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Highly proficient with computers, mobile phones and internet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
