Roles and Responsibilities
- Required to create / modify Oracle Forms and Reports ver 12c, create / modify backend objects, i.e. functions, procedures, packages, triggers, sequences, etc. in Oracle Database 19c.
- Should be well versed in PL/SQL coding and SQL tuning. Should have knowledge of HTML coding.
- Should have knowledge of WEBUTIL package, Weblogic server and installation of Forms and Reports builder 12c.
- The developer should be able to handle projects and development tasks independently.
- Required to contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
Primary skill set
- Proficiency in Forms & Reports Builder 12c, PL/SQL, HTML 5, SQL Developer, Oracle Database 19c.
Secondary skills
- Knowledge of calling APIs & Java code from Oracle Forms 12c.
- Creation of password protected PDFs/ reports programmatically.
Competency
- Hands on in Coding, validating, and implementing software solutions
- Ability to understand architecture of existing system as well as, implement greenfield architecture
- Participate in requirements review meetings and perform requirement analysis.
- Ability to Work effectively under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to Handle change requests/support on a frequent basis.
- Ability to pick up new technologies and upskill as required
- Partner with QA team to address the identified defects on priority
- Participate in post implementation issues and performance review.
- Learn while on the job and show measurable results.
- Excellent Verbal and Written - Communication and Presentation Skills
