We’re looking for a proactive and organized E-commerce & TikTok Live Coordinator Intern to help grow our online store by managing TikTok live streaming operations and streamers, ensuring seamless execution of product showcases.

**Job Description**:
As an E-commerce & TikTok Live Coordinator Intern, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, and management of TikTok Live streams, working with streamers to drive product sales. You’ll also support the e-commerce platform’s operations, contributing to an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, has a passion for e-commerce, and enjoys coordinating creative projects.

**Responsibilities**:
E-commerce Management:

- Manage product listings on the online store, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely stock updates and order fulfillment.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce orders and resolve issues promptly.

TikTok Live Coordination:

- Plan and schedule TikTok Live streams in collaboration with streamers to showcase and sell Pawkit products.
- Coordinate with streamers to ensure they are prepared with product information and marketing goals for each session.
- Monitor live stream performance, analyze metrics, and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Manage the logistics of product setup, inventory, and promotional offers during live streams.
- Ensure alignment of live stream content with Pawkit’s brand and promotional strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for Pets: A love for animals and enthusiasm for the pet care industry.
- Organized and Proactive: Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and TikTok Live.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketing, or project coordination is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating with streamers and external partners.
