- Maintain updated, organized files on all assigned customers
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database.
- Ensure proper documentations are kept for all accounts
- Keep up to date on product information and product update
- Escalation from self-service tools
- Support the team with the achievement of relevant KPI targets.
- Assist end users with our suite of self-help tools
- Manage and support assigned customers
- Collaborate with global teams for efficient technical support services.
- Contribute to internal projects and special deliveries.
- Support key accounts and accounts with special requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical support processes and procedures
- Prioritize Customer Success as the core objective.
