Executive/senior Executive/asst Manager Cargo Ops

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop Cargo Operational Training in close collaboration with Corporate Learning Centre
- Define and optimize training roadmap, establish an effective training rollout and tracking plan
- Perform routine gap analysis based to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to update to develop training content
- Evaluate training modes for courses to maximize utilization of training resources
2. Develop Cargo Operations Professionals (COP) Program
- Develop a working guide and set of KPIs for COPs
- Manage COP performance evaluation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist COPs to address any common knowledge gaps
3. Support Mail Verticals business
- Update and implement ground procedures and SOPs for the Mail Verticals
- Support hub service provider initiatives
- Design and conduct station outreach to improve iCargo mail system adoption
- Collaborate with Product Owners to integrate mail requirements into iCargo mail system
- Assess jointly with Industry Affairs impact and requirements of new regulations on our cargo operations
4. Conduct pharmaceutical and perishable goods audits
5. Administrative duties and Projects
- Administrative duties and projects may be assigned, which includes conferences and events
- Support network stations with their enquiries on general operations issues
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university
- Experience in air transport operations
- Quality mindset and able to develop and validate procedures
- Team player and able to interact well with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills - written, oral and active listening
