The Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) is an accreditation scheme under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers.
The PW Mark Administration Office is a new unit set up by SBF to serve as the public-facing administrative body for the PW Mark, maintain the administrative processes for PW Mark certification, and conduct engagement and outreach activities to generate awareness of the PW Mark among the business community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute and refine marketing and outreach strategies across multiple channels, including social media, to drive awareness, recognition and uptake of the PW Mark.
- Assist in curating and promoting success stories on both national and/or industry platforms.
- Support in managing and coordinating strategic communications with the appointed vendor, MOM, TAFEP and ecosystem partners to present a coordinated and unified approach on the case for businesses to embrace the PW model and by extension, the PW Mark.
- Support in organising and conducting outreach sessions aimed at raising awareness, promoting understanding and generating recognition for PW Mark.
- Maintain and update the database of certified PW Mark companies.
- Handle day-to-day queries regarding PW Mark and related matters, collate key issues, and escalate cases for review where necessary.
- Assist in ensuring that the portal is functional and well-maintained.
**Job Requirements**
- A good background in Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience. Title will commensurate with experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A keen attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Display a cooperative mindset and the capability to actively contribute bith independently and in a team setting.
